Report a Violation of the Terms of Service

If you believe the Terms of Service have been violated, please let me know.

If you're a member, just fill out and submit the TOS Violation Report Form and I will do my best to resolve the matter according to the Terms of Service.

If for any reason you don't want to use the form, or if you're not a member, you may use the Text Version of the form. Simply click on the link, copy the text into your e-mail, fill out the form, and send it to:

TOSviolation at kodiwolf dot com (change 'at' to '@' and 'dot' to '.' and remove all spaces)

Your report will be investigated upon receipt. If you do not have your e-mail preferences set to save copies of e-mails you send, you should CC a copy of your report to your own e-mail address before sending. Please keep it for your records.
