Synopsis: Gabrielle finds out Xena isn't the only one with a look-alike.

Author's Notes: This story was inspired by two songs by Madonna from her True Blue CD, Open Your Heart and White Heat. I also really wanted to play with an episode format and I loved the idea of a Gabrielle 'double' plotline, since I thought it was so much fun on the show with all of Xena's 'doubles.' This story takes place before our girls meet up with Xena's third double, that's why there's no mention of Priestess Leah. Like most of my Xena stories, this one starts up right after Been There, Done That. I've just found it to be a really good place for my first time stories. It's after they've been travelling together for a long time and have become 'best friends,' but before the Rift and all that betrayal. Though I personally really liked the Rift, there's not a lot of playing room after that without going completely beyond it.
