This Privacy Policy describes how Kodi Wolf (the "Site Owner") handles and uses the information (personal or otherwise) collected and received through W.O.L.F. Sector (the "Site").
Overview
Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable and that is not otherwise publicly available. It includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, and/or phone number.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the W.O.L.F. Sector Web site offered through the domain name www.kodiwolf.com, which includes the special areas designated as WolfChat and BetaWolf. It also applies to the mailing list feature that is part of the membership software used to administer the Site, as well as the personal mailing lists Kodi Wolf has created for BetaWolf in her private e-mail program.
Some pages on W.O.L.F. Sector contain links to third-party Web sites. Such Web sites are governed by their own privacy policies and Kodi Wolf is not responsible for their practices.
The Information W.O.L.F. Sector Collects
The Site automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your browser.

The Site only collects personal information about you when you register with W.O.L.F. Sector, or use W.O.L.F. Sector's Services, or send a communication to the Site or Site Owner, either through e-mail or snail-mail.
When you register with W.O.L.F. Sector, you are asked for such information as your name and e-mail address. Once you register, and each time you log in to use the Service, you are not anonymous to the Site.

The Site and Site Owner do not intentionally collect information from minors and expressly forbid the use of the Site and Services by anyone under the age of 18. Minors are requested not to send any personal information to the Site or Site Owner.
The Site and Site Owner do not collect credit card numbers. Your credit card number is supplied directly to PayPal during your checkout process and so is subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
How Kodi Wolf Uses the Information Collected Through W.O.L.F. Sector
Kodi Wolf uses the information collected through the Site to provide and improve the Site's Services, conduct research, customize content, fulfill requests for products and services, maintain your account, administer the Site, and contact you.
Kodi Wolf does not rent, sell, trade, or share your personal information with other people or nonaffiliated companies, except when necessary to provide you with products or services you've requested, when she has your permission, or under the following circumstances:
When Kodi Wolf responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise her legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Cookies
W.O.L.F. Sector may set and access Site cookies on your computer.
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer. They allow the Site to recognize you if you return to the Site using the same computer and browser.
A session cookie is sent to your computer when you log in to your W.O.L.F. Sector account. The cookie allows the Site to recognize you as you visit multiple pages, so you don't have to log in over and over again.
Editing Your Account Information and Preferences
You can edit your W.O.L.F. Sector account information at any time.
Kodi Wolf reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to W.O.L.F. Sector Services, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your W.O.L.F. Sector account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your W.O.L.F. Sector account by going to the Delete My Account page (you must be logged in to the account you wish to delete) and clicking the Delete My Account button. Kodi Wolf will find your member record in the Site's database and reply to the e-mail address associated with your account to ask for confirmation. This is to ensure the account owner is the one requesting the deletion. If Kodi Wolf receives a 'yes,' your account will be deleted.
Notification of Changes to this Privacy Policy
Kodi Wolf may amend or update the Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the types of information collected or how information is used by Kodi Wolf. Kodi Wolf will notify you about significant changes in the way she treats personal information by sending a notice to the e-mail address specified in your W.O.L.F. Sector account and/or by placing a prominent notice on the W.O.L.F. Sector Web site.
